When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Clanzos reserves the right to accept or refuse any order at its sole discretion, for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or incomplete information.

Your order is not confirmed until you receive an email confirmation from us. We must receive and process your payment before accepting your order.

By providing payment information, you represent that: (i) you are authorized to use the payment method; (ii) the billing information provided is accurate and complete; (iii) you will pay all charges at the prices then in effect, including applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees.

We use Shopify Payments to process all transactions securely. We do not store your full payment card information on our servers.

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed, as shown in your order confirmation.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, published prices do not include applicable taxes. Any applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We may offer promotions or discounts from time to time, subject to their own terms and conditions. In the event of a conflict between promotional terms and these Terms, the promotional terms will prevail for that promotion.

The Clanzos name, logo, and product names are trademarks of Clanzos. The Shopify name and logo are trademarks of Shopify Inc. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Our Site is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our Services. All sales are made directly between you and Clanzos. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any and all claims arising from your purchase.

If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in English. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
